The project, located in the Paterson Great Falls Historic District  of Paterson, NJ is an adaptive reuse of the vacant Rogers Locomotive Millwright Shop into 38 residential apartment units and 2 commercial spaces.  The project has received emergency repairs to mitigate water infiltration and address life safety.  The complete project will include a new roof, full masonry restoration, historic door and window re-creation, and interior fit-out.
