New Jersey Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization serving the Paterson community, retained CTS Group to adaptively reuse the Historic church’s existing facility into a comprehensive Youth Activity Center.  

The design includes a Theatre/Multi-Purpose Room, Art Classroom, Warming Kitchen, Restroom facilities, and an Interactive Exhibit and Activity room.

CTS Group developed a comprehensive Historic Preservation Plan including design, construction and renovation for the interior and exterior of the church, including a new single-story addition and new elevator creating a secure, single-entry barrier-free access to the facility.
