PRESERVATION NEW JERSEY HISTORIC PRESERVATION AWARD

This project included façade restoration and slate roof repairs.  Façade restoration work included complete raking and repointing of masonry joints, replacement and patching of damaged and deteriorated brick and stone masonry, re-coating of existing cement-parged chimneys, repairs and painting of wood cornice, and coating of brick masonry with a breathable mineral coating.  Roof restoration included replacement of selected damaged slate shingles, re-lining of existing gutters and the installation of a new ridge cap.
