The project, located in the James Street Historic District in Newark, NJ,  consists of a complete façade restoration of brick and stone masonry with a mineral coating applied post restoration, window replacement with replica historic wood windows, and replacement of the existing roof with faux slate asphalt roofing.  The adaptive reuse of the interior includes restoration of the 1888 Chapel and large central corridors.
