American Institute of Architects Newark & Suburban Chapter Design Award

This $20 million project includes the renovation and upgrades to existing gymnasium floors, bleachers, walls, ceilings, and locker rooms. Includes construction of new gymnasium and associated facilities with direct connection to the existing school. As part of the phasing and sequencing of the project, CTS received design and procurement approvals for a 12,000 SF temporary gymnasium.
