The existing Cosmetology Room, Laundry Room, Bathroom, Shower, and associated Storage Rooms will be renovated to create a new Cosmetology Suite.  The wall between the existing Shower and Cosmetology Room will be removed to combine the two spaces into one large room.  The existing Bathroom will be reduced in size to accommodate a private room associated with the Cosmetology Suite while the Laundry Room will largely remain as is, with the exception of relocation of a Washing Machine and the installation of a new entry/exit door.  New entry entrances will be provided to the Cosmetology Room, Laundry Room and Bathroom.  Lockers will need to be relocated to accommodate the new entry to the Laundry Room.  All new flooring, ceilings, lighting and wall finishes will be provided.  Equipment used for the trade of Cosmetology will be provided by the Newark Board of Education and installed by the Contractor.  Equipment for heating, cooling, and fresh air will be furnished and provided by the Contractor.
