In 2016 CTS group was tasked with surveying and documenting any sub-par conditions across 13 schools belonging to the Newark Public School District. The building surveys included both interior and exterior spaces spanning across the school district. Any sub par building conditions were split between two groups, either structural or building envelope. CTS worked very closely with school administrators and building custodial staff to identify any problem areas that exist within each school building. A comprehensive floor plan drawing identifying any problem areas was produced for each building as well as a rough construction estimate.
