The project included paint stripping at all brick and brownstone surfaces, patching and repair of severely damaged brownstone

window and door surrounds, bands/sills, entry stoop, and water table, repointing of masonry joints, painting and restoration of

metal cornice and railings, and restoration of the front entry door.
