The project includes removal of the existing deteriorated slate roofing system and replacement with an asphalt shingle roof system.  Sheet metal hip and ridge flashings will be replicated and replaced.  Sheet metal finials and decorative cast iron cresting will be salvaged, restored, and reinstalled.  The project is anticipated to be completed in the Spring of 2025.
