Role Description
This is a full-time in-office role for a Project Architect/Job Captain based in Chatham, NJ. The Project Architect/Job Captain will participate in project design and preparation of construction documents, prepare and review submittals, understand and manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. The role requires collaboration with clients, consultants, and team members to deliver high-quality architecture and planning services.
Qualifications
- Strong CAD production skills are required, knowledge of Revit/BIM a plus
- Proficiency in Project Management and Submittals
- Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional architectural license is preferred
- Experience in various project types such as commercial, healthcare, and government facilities is a plus
