Celia F. Pichardo

Architectural Designer

Celia Pichardo has a combined 19 years of US architectural design experience with CTS and other architectural and design firms. Celia has numerous adaptive re-use and muti-family housing projects to her credit throughout New York and New Jersey. Ms. Pichardo has worked extensively on various projects with the Newark Public Schools and was a key member of the multi-million-dollar James A. Farley and Morgan projects for the United States Postal Service. Her work includes field verification and documenting existing conditions, preliminary and schematic design and construction documentation and detailing. Ms. Pichardo played a major role in many of CTS Group’s award-winning projects including Preservation New Jersey Exceptional Preservation award for the Proprietary House in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena, Dominican Republic.
