Renee Hobson, AIA, CID, NOMA
Associate Principal, CTS Group
Renee is an Associate Principal at CTS. Her primary responsibilities include oversight of CTS Group’s production standards and quality control.
Renee has been with CTS for over 25 years, expanding her role in firm leadership. She continues to serve as the Project Architect on many of the firm’s most important projects, and as a Certified Interior Designer, she is a major contributor to the firm’s architectural interior projects.
Renee received her Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology’s School of Architecture and Design. She is a long-standing member of the American Institute of Architects and has also served on the Board of Trustees for her alma mater.
Renee is proud to have the distinction of being part of the 0.4% of registered Black women architects in the United States.
Renee loves a challenging D.I.Y. project and on a Saturday afternoon you may find her replacing the deck boards and railings on her deck or hanging from a ladder installing new shutters on the house. She enjoys a good workout at the gym, winding down with a glass of wine, and on any given Sunday, you will find her glued to the television set routing for her favorite football team.
