Michael A.J. Wolz, AIA, CSI, CCCA, LEED AP

Director of Construction Administration, CTS Group

Mike is a licensed architect with over 30 years of experience in the design and construction industry, focusing on construction administration and management. Since joining CTS Group, Mike’s primary focus has been the administration of the firm’s projects under construction.

His experience includes serving as Designer, Project Architect, Owner’s Representative, Construction Manager and Contractor. This experience gives him a unique perspective on each project, ensuring that they are constructed in accordance with the design intent, while remaining responsive to the clients’ needs.

Professionally, Mike is a member of the Newark and Suburban Chapter of the AIA and the New Jersey Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute where he has held the offices of both Director and President. Mike is a Certified Construction Contract Administrator, and holds his OSHA 10 hour Construction, OSHA 30 hour Construction and OSHA 40 hour (HAZWOPER) certifications.

Mike received his Bachelor of Arts in Architectural History from Syracuse University and his Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute.

When not on site or in the office, Mike and his family are active members of the Edelweiss Passaic Bavarian Folk Dancing group. Aside from taking leadership roles in the group, this affords them the opportunity to travel to various conventions and competitions held throughout the U.S., Canada, and Germany.
